Anna Nicole Smith had flu prior to her death
Autopsy results on Anna Nicole Smith will not be complete until 3-5 weeks from now. But here’s what we know:
She was suffering from some form of stomach flu when she arrived at the Florida hotel on Monday but her fever broke by Wednesday.
She fell in the bathroom that afternoon and hit her head.
On Thursday, she took a nap and never woke up.
Medical examiners have ruled out the presence of pills in her stomach, an evidence of a continuing drug abuse. But more toxicological tests need to be performed to rule out other drugs in her system.

Anna, what a tragic. she lived her life very much like her idol,Marilyn Monroe. Anna, like Marilyn, lived a strange and exciting life.
She will be missed by many.

I think Howard K Stern is responsibke for her death. I think it was set up for a so to die so he cant get her money then for her to die so the money could get left to her daughter and since the daughter is only a baby the dad of course would get the cash…Howard did it.. for the money.

sf - thanks for praying, and pointing out the error. as it is, I was sick with a serious congestion when I wrote this post.
Anyone know if autopsy results point to something conclusive already?

I think Stress of all the people trying to Sue her killed her. Along with a combination of the flu,the sadness of losing her Son, the depression and exhaustion.
Her heart was broken ……I pray that she finds peace with her son and I pray that the press leaves her daughter alone.
Her mother is so disgusting.. If my daughter and grand son just died.. I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed.. let Alone go on Tv and Talk Trash .
